Nonlinear Mixed Convection in a Reactive Third-Grade Fluid Flow with Convective Wall Cooling and Variable Properties

Energy management and heat control whenever a reactive viscous fluid is the working medium has been one of greatest challenges encountered by many in field chemical industrial engineering. A mathematical approach to thedetermination critical points beyond which environment becomes hazardous presented present investigation together with entropy generation analysis that guarantees efficient expensive energy resources. In this regard, nonlinear mixed convective flow behavior combustible third-grade through vertical channel wall cooling convection investigated. The formulation captures nonlinearities arising from second-order Boussinesq approximation exponential dependence internal generation, viscosity, thermal conductivity on temperature. resulting boundary value problems were solved based spectral Chebyshev collocation method (SCCM) validated shooting-Runge–Kutta (RK4). effects velocity, temperature distribution, Bejan irreversibility ratio are significant. Further analyses include stability fluid. Findings study revealed flow, temperature, enhanced byincreasing values Grashof number, quadratic component buoyancy, Frank-Kameneskii parameter, but reducedbyincreasing material parameter. Moreover, it was shown increasing parameter encourages while linear buoyancy destabilizes flow. result applicable thick polymers increased molecular weight.
